These are rare opportunities during which you can speak freely about subjects such as philosophy, psychoanalysis, laughter, addictions, anything in fact that brings these different subjects closer to the practice of yoga. Welcome to our Bandha Yoga workshops. They are designed so that you are able to feel free to speak, to exchange, and perhaps to change. These workshops are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Wheel is such an encompassing pose we can work on it our whole life and it’ll still teach us invaluable lessons until the very end. Not only it requires a great deal of flexibility, balance and strength, but the variations we can do with it are extensive. The sky is the limit. Let’s shoot for the starts and join this class where we’ll warm up intently to work thoroughly on a number of Wheels, relatives and friends. This class is for all levels but you’ll enjoy it much more if you can press into Wheel on your own (even with blocks) and can hold it for a few breaths. Lots of work and fun assured, maybe some breakthroughs too ! Come ready to sweat and discover new possibilities ! !
Any ‘leg behind the head’ pose IS achievable if we work that external hip rotation consistently. Come ready to leave old preconceptions and beliefs behind of ‘no it’s not possible’ or ‘my hips are tight’, and enter a new world where your hips can open like a flower in blossom. This class will set a good foundation so you can take the practice/tips/ideas home with you and digest them more, deconstruct and explore other alternatives. Hip openers are thrilling, lively and full of possibilities. Often, we put so much pressure on ourselves, that our hips lock up like a treasure chest. Let’s find the key, explore some together and leave inspired for more !
Et si les équilibres étaient une méditation ? Une grande allégorie pour l’existence : l’art de trouver son lieu, celui où l’on vient puiser un trésor de tranquillité pour asseoir son équilibre. Une assise solide pour se grandir et transcender ses peurs.
Nous utiliserons les équilibres pour cheminer vers plus d’harmonie. En route, nous rencontrerons des obstacles, nous ferons des détours… Peut-être même tomberons-nous à quelques reprises ! Mais nous nous relèverons autant de fois que nécessaire. Et tous, ensemble, nous irons flirter avec ce seuil où tout semble flotter. Non seulement le corps, mais aussi à la conscience.
L’attention corporelle que requiert l’équilibre sur les mains, avec cette hyper concentration sur les alignements, est propice à ouvrir l’espace du lâcher-prise. Cet atelier est destiné à celles et ceux qui veulent apprendre à déloger leurs peurs et, ce faisant, cultiver l’art d’appréhender la réalité autrement. Le corps est une fabuleuse matrice pour s’élever spirituellement. Il peut aussi être le réceptacle de nos peurs, de nos angoisses et de nos blessures. En travaillant sur la mémoire corporelle, la proprioception et la symbolique charnelle nous déploierons de nouveaux horizons du possible.
